04 Challenges
1. Lack of Initial Information:
- Challenge: The client initially provided only a reference image with no detailed information.
- Solution: Guided the client through the process of confirming the overall dimensions and color. The CAD department created initial drawings, which were refined through nearly eight iterations to ensure all details, including cutout sizes, matched the client’s appliances.
2. Integration of Materials:
- Challenge: Combining wooden cabinets with an artificial stone surface to create a cohesive and high-quality unit.
- Solution: Collaborated with an external cabinet manufacturer to ensure the wooden cabinets matched the quality of our artificial stone. Quality inspectors reviewed the cabinets for flatness, surface treatment, edge finishing, and hardware before proceeding with further processing.
3. Seamless Construction:
- Challenge: Creating large, rounded corners and seamless joints between the countertop and sink, as well as ensuring a clean beveled edge.
- Solution: Used thermal bending techniques to form the rounded corners and advanced bonding methods to achieve a seamless look, preventing dirt accumulation and maintaining a sleek appearance.
